Bikers love it. All day breakfast and ice cream plus other stuff such as coffee and cake. Had a tuna mayo sandwich with a very nice side salad. Was going to go back lunch today but it was packed with kids and Hells angels!...not a fan of waiting in line plus I had my dog with me and he's not a fan of leather clad people!

It is a beautiful, warm cafe/restaurant in the quaint hamlet and offers so much warmth & happiness along with tea/coffee, food. On a sunny day this place is packed with motorcyclists who would ride from a distance to enjoy the beauty of this town & enjoy a meal at the cafe. We enjoyed the tea & coffee and look forward to coming back when the weather is better.

Lovely place to stop and dine or just a cuppa and cake whilst passing through on our motorbikes. Friendly welcome and polite service, food and drink served promptly and was excellent. Cakes are delicious. Plenty of seating inside and out. Some places can be a bit selective or funny about visiting when riding motorcycles, pleased to say this one is friendly & welcoming, look forward to returning again soon. Thanks.

Cute tearoom that serves a range of hot and cold food and drink. Burger was so good I wanted another before I’d even finished it.

A really great little Cafe We called here for Breakfast a few times whilst Camping in the nearby Haddon Grove Farm. The cafe serves very good Breakfasts great ingredients and well cooked. The full English is a good size and has some nice touches, like the Fried Egg arriving on a nice thick price of Toast, or the Mushrooms on a kind of Potato Cake?? Really nice It has quite a few tables/seats inside as well as number outside too. It seems to be quite a popular place, but even when busy, it still seems to get the food out without a y long delays . The price for the food is pretty reasonable for the quality/volume you received. Well worth a visit if you're close by

Absolute gem in the peaks. Great options for vegetarians and others. Milkshake was class and the oatcakes were amazing. There was a biker meet going on at the time so they were probably very overwhelmed but we got our food and drinks super quick! 5/5

Very calm place and staff are amazingly polite like you are eating with family. Food served is top notch from quality and quantity perspective and justify the money you pay which is lower comparing to other place in peak district. It is ki d if den.

We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday, hungry, and tired from running in the Peak District. We were pleased to find a couple free tables, one indoors. We got the big smithy’s breakfast for a late lunch. The food was hot, and all cooked really well. The bacon, black pudding and oatcake were especially good - crispy, salty and rich! From the Big portions, friendly and quick service this meal was just the restorative and hearty food we needed.
